The Day The Towers Fell

Towers

May we never forget that fateful day
When devils, straight from hell,
Pierced this nation's very soul
THE DAY THE TOWERS FELL.

Born on the wings of angry souls,
These demons from the sky,
Flew their deadly missiles,
Causing multitudes to die.

In disbelief and morbid grief,
We watched with great despair,
The fire, smoke and ashes
Of the souls that perished there.

But from the embers of their hate,
And the blood of our hero's, strong,
Our anguish, pain and sorrow
Could not keep us down for long.

Ne'er a father, brother or sister,
Nor a mother, mate or child,
Will e'er concede their wicked deed
In the Nation they defiled.

Now the devils are the fearful ones,
For we'll hunt them night and day.
There is no place that they can hide
From the wrath of the USA.

They can tear down all our structures,
And test our very will,
But the Spirit of America
Is something they can't kill.

For we'll ne'er forget that fateful day...
They can take this pledge to hell,
For it redeemed our nation's very soul,
THE DAY THE TOWERS FELL.
